Die Rückübersetzungen des überlassenen Programmcodes in andere Codeformen (Recompilierung) sowie sonstige Arten der Rückerschließung der verschiedenen Herstellungsstufen der Software (Reverse-Engineering) sind ebenso wie Änderungen der Software - beispielsweise Umbennen der Files - unzulässig.

According to the Download/Onlinesites Yetisports1.hmtl and Yetisports1.swf  there will be the following agreement:
The software will be disposed within the object code. A legal title of the awarding authority for the delivery of the source code does not exist.
The retranslation of the conceeded programm code to other code forms (recompilation) and other forms of reverse-engineering of the various grades of production of the software as well as modifications regarding the software – for example a redefinition of the files – is illegitimate.
